At NBRHC we value what patients and families are telling us about their care. Our Patient Advocate and Managers regularly share patient feedback and stories.
The Patient and Family Experience Survey also provides a simple and effective way to listen to what patients and families are saying.

Patient family centered care is an approach to the planning, delivery and evaluation of health care that is grounded in mutually beneficial partnerships among patients, families, and health care practitioners by truly partnering with patients and families… involving them… gaining their insights to better plan and deliver care (www.familycenteredcare.org)
